A (Telesales) Account Manager is required for Link 51 based in Brierley Hill.  Offering a salary of up to £15,000 per annum.

The Company
For more than 60 years, Link 51 has specialised in the design, manufacture, supply and installation of pallet racking, shelving and lockers and other storage systems for organisations large or small, to local and international clients.

The Role
An enthusiastic, self-motivated Telesales Specialist is required to work within a team, supporting sales and developing further business opportunities.

Key Requirements

• Manage and report on business opportunities created by incoming sales enquiries.
• Process accurate sales quotations and manage through to order conversion.
• Provide support for field based sales teams.
• Database management.
• Create and qualify proactive opportunities as and when necessary

Key Skills

• Previous experience in a telemarketing/telesales position.
• Experienced in processing accurate sales quotations.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with customers and colleague at all levels.
• Ability to work on own initiative as well as being a team player
• A proven track record in a sales office environment.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
• Knowledge of the ACT database an advantage but not essential.
