Hematology and Oncology Physician Job in Metro Area, CA

A Central California private oncologist practice is adding to its team! You?ll be joining a 14-year-old established practice with a solid referral basis, a good payor mix, a diverse patient population, and a caring and dedicated staff. 

The Practice

• Currently, 2 board certified Hematology/Oncology and 1 Nurse Practitioner
• Average 18-20 patients/days  
• Equipped with outpatient infusion center, in-house chemo lab, and on-site genetic testing. 
• On-site pharmacy and hospital-grade lab 
• The infusion suite has 18 chairs and 2 chemo pods 
• The practice has an extensive support network with access to top-notch surgeons, radiation oncologists, pathologists, imaging, hospital services, and laboratory services to provide superior patient care and patient experience. 
• Active in clinical trails  

Compensation and Benefits

• A competitive base salary for a 5-day work week, 8 AM - 5 PM 
• Signing Bonus and Relocation Allowance available 
• CME allowance and paid time for CME activity 
• Consideration for equitable ownership after 3 years based on RVUs
